At FRUTIVIC, all of our products are handcrafted, personalized, and made with delicate, perishable materials. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
This policy is clearly stated prior to checkout and applies to all purchases made through our website.
Because all orders are delivered personally by a member of our team, we ensure that every product is handed over in perfect condition at the moment of delivery.
If an order arrives damaged during transportation, the issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within a maximum of 1 hour after receiving the product.
To submit a claim, the customer must provide:
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the product at the moment it was received
• The order number
Claims reported after this time frame, or without proper evidence, cannot be accepted.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Improper handling after delivery
• Damage caused after the product has been received
• Perishable items that deteriorate naturally over time
